the County of Middlesex : and to the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
St. Peter and Paul in the City of Bath in the
County of Somerset . And To Each of Them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex aforesaid
(one whereof being of the Quorum) by the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said
Parish of Chelsea That Jeffery Hunt< no role > , and
Betty< no role > his Wife and their Two Children (to wit) William< no role >
aged near Three Years, and Anne< no role > an Infant aged almost
Ten Months are

lately intruded, and
came into the said Parish of Chelsea
and are likely to become chargeable to the same; We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises
upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the
same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Jeffery Hunt< no role > his said
Wife, and their said Two Children to be in the said
Parish of St. Peter and Paul in the City of Bath
aforesaid.

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the said Jeffery Hunt< no role > his said Wife , and their
said two Children

from and out of your said Parish of Chelsea
to the said Parish of St. Peter & Paul
in the City of Bath aforesaid

and them deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor, there, or to some, or one them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
them according to Law. Given under our
Hands and Seals this Twenty Eighth Day of January 1754
