The Humble Petition and Appeal
of the Church wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of
Kington upon Thames in the County
of Surry

Sheweth


That by an Order under the Hands & Seals
of James Fraser< no role > This name instance is in set 3480. and Edward Ashe< no role > Esqr two
of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the City
and Liberty of Westminster in the County of
Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum)
bearing date the 14th day of November 1750
Margaret Goodburn< no role > Singlewoman was
removed from the Parish of Saint Martin
in the fields in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Kingston in the County
of Surry as the place of her last legal
Settlement whereby your petitioners Conceive
themselves aggrieved and against the said
order do Appeal
