To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in General Quarter Session at Hicks Hall
Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Anne within the Libty of Westmr .
in the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth.


That by Value of a Pass Warrant under the Hands and
Seals of John Milner< no role > and Philip Dyot< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex one being of the
Quorum) bearing date the Third day of November 1750 Anne
Rogers
< no role > Singlewoman was removed from the Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields in the said County to the said Parish of St. Anne whereby
your Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved

Therefore they humbly appeal to your Worships
against the Adjudgement. of the said two Justices and
Pray your Worships will be pleased to Order that
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of St. Giles in the Fields and all persons
concerned do attend this Court some day in this present
Session to hear & abide the Judgement and Determinacon
of this Court touching the said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall pray Etc
