The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of Richmond
in the County of Surrey
Sheweth
That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands
And Seals of

and
Francis Burton< no role >
Esqr. two
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
(One of them being of the
Quorum) for the Liberty of Westminster
bearing date the Twelfth
Day of October
1750
Mary Farrow< no role >
the Widow
of
Thomas Farrow< no role >
and
Mary< no role >
her Child by her said late Husband deced were
removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint George
Hanover Square
in the said Liberty of Westmr. to Richmond
aforesaid as the Place of their last legal Settlement whereby
your Petitioners conceive themselves to be Aggrieved.
Therefore they Humbly Appeal to your Worships
against the said Order and Judgment of the said
Two Justices of the Peace
And pray that the Benefit
of the said Appeal may be saved unto your Petitioner,
And that your Worships will be pleased to appoint
some Day in Next Sessions for the hearing and
Determining the said appeal And Yr. Petitioners
Shall ever Pray Etc.
