To the right Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for in
County of Middlesex at their general Quarter Session assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churhcwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Anne
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by a Warrant or Order bearing date the fourth day of
this Instant January under the hands and Seals of Water Berry< no role > Esqr.
and Sr. Samuel Gorcer< no role > Knt. Two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum)
Mary Mason< no role > aughter of Peter Mason< no role > deceased, aged about where
Years was amount from the Hamlet of Poplar and Blacks the in this
County to the Said Parish of Saint Anne is the Place of her last legal
Settlement

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by the
Said Order of the Said two Justices do appeal against the Same

And humbly pray that this Court
will be pleased to appoint a Day this
present Session for all Parties to attend
to hear and abide the Judgment and
Determination of this Court touching
the Said Appeal
