At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of
Middx at Hickshall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid by adjournment on Friday the
twelfth day of October in the twenty fourth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second
King of Great Britain Etc

Upon application in this behalf made unto this Court by the within named Thomas Bell< no role > the Petitioner It is Ordered
by thisCourt that the benefit of the within written petition of appeal be saved unto him, and that the hearing and
determining thereof be and the [..] same in hereby adjourned until the next General Quarter Session of the
peace to be holden for the County of Middx, And that the within named Edward Sartell< no role > This name instance is in set 3563. the Informer (upon
Notice of the said Petition and of this Order) and all person concerned doattendattend the Court of the said next
General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for the Said County by adjornment on Tuesday the fifteenth day of
January next at ten of the Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of the same
Court touching the said petition of appeal, And the within named Henry Fielding< no role > Esquire the Justice within
