At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the
County of Middx at Hicks Hall in St. John Street in the County aforesaid on Monday the fourteenth
day of January in the twenty fourth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second
King of Great Britain Etc before George Errington< no role > John Dekewer< no role > William Caslon< no role > Walter Berry< no role >
Esquires and other their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace
in the County aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and other
Misdeeds committed in the same County.

Whereas the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of Richmond in the County of Surry
exhibited their humble Petition and Appeal unto this Court settingforth That by virtue of
a Pass Warrant or Order under the hands and Seals of William Pickering< no role > and Francis
Barton
< no role > Esquires tow of his Majestys Justices of the Peace (one of them being of the Quorum)
for the Liberty of Westminster in the County of Middx bearing date the twelfth day of
October One thousand seven hundred and fifty Mary Farrow< no role > the Widow of Thomas
Farrow
< no role > and Mary< no role > her Child by her said late Husband deceased were removed and
conveyed from the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square in the said Liberty of
Westminster to Richmond aforesaid as the Place of their last legal Settlement
whereby the Petitioners conceive themselves to be aggrieved and appear to this Court
against the same Whereupon at the request of the Petitioners It is Ordered by this
Court that the benefit of the said Appeal be saved unto them And that the hearing
and determining thereof be and the same is hereby adjourned untill the next General
Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County of Middx And that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint George
Hanover Square (upon Notice of this Order) and all Persons concerned Do attend
this Court at the next General Session of the Peace to be holden for the said County of
Middxontheday of February next at
ten of the Clock in the Forenoon to hear and abide the Judgment and determination
of the same Court touching the said Appeal.
