These are to certify that at the General Sessions of the Peace holden at
Hicks Hall in saint John Street in and for the County of Middx on
Monday the fourth day of September instant Henry Hunt< no role > was and Stands
Indited for feloniously Stealing in the Dwelling House of Walter Crotty< no role >
at the parish of Saint Ann in the said County divers Goods and Chattells of
the said Walter to the Value of your Pounds and eighteen shillings upon which
Indictment the said Defendant hath not been arraigned or taken his Trial
thereupon Dated this thirteen day of September 1749.
