Humbly Sheweth


That on or about the 26 th. day of July Last Your Petitioner was
Committed by Henry Feilding< no role > Esqrs . one of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex for Feloniously taking & Carrying away
One Chaldron of Coals the property of Mr. Maring

Your Petitioner therefore most humbly Prays
Your Lordships that he May be either Tryed
Bailed or Discharged this Present Sessions for
the said supposed Offence Pursuant to the
Direction of the Habeas Corpus Act

And Your Petitioner as in Duty bound shall ever Pray Etc
