Says that he together with the abovementioned Persons or
Most of them were at a whafse in Channell Row at which
there was a Quantity of Coals the Proterty of Mr Warings
a Brewer in Westminster at the Same time Richard Unwins
was at the Warse & that he did hear the said Rd Unwin< no role >
give orders to Charles Taylor< no role > one the Carmen imployed
to carry the Sd. Coals from thenee to Mr Warings to drive
off one Chald Load of the Sd Warings Coals to one Swotopps
who Keep sea Brendy shop in the broad way Westminster
he the said Unwins wed Knowing said Coner to be the Property of said Waring
for which Sd Charles Taylor< no role > received 27 Shillings and he Sd
Charles Taylor< no role > did being that Mony to Rd Unwins House
& did then Clerk share the Same equally amongst the
mentioned Persons in the [..]

that on or about thethe 13th October last there was so Children of Coals
the Property of Mr Stevens an Iron Monger in the Stay Money
out of which they Landestinly took fire or Six Jacks which
Coals were carried by him and his fellow Servants abovementi-
-oned & Carried of [..] to sd. Richd Unwins< no role > House who received
the same himself County them to be Stolen and on Saturday Night when he Paid
them their Weeks Wages he then accounted with them for
the Sd. Could and Paid them after the Rate of two Shilling
and a pott of Beer for each Jack, which Many was Likewise
spent in his House before they Went Home
this Deponent says that before the Land Coal Meters office
was erected in Westminster that Thomas Wood< no role > the Son of
Thos. Wood< no role > a Wharfinger in Beanfort Buildings did order the
Informant with the rest of his Tillers Servants Numbers of Terms to take out a
Quantitys of Coals Which came out ofthe propertys of Versons
Unknown and street them into his Fathers Stock for which this
Deponent & abovementiond persens Were paid one shilling [..] Say
for every Sack of Coals taken by them and wear Paid for the Sd Coals
