Catherine Domer yesterday insisted to go to Hicks Hall in order to
find a Bill of Indictment against one Moore and others whereby her
Trever is Since greatly increased and this Deponent Saith he could
not prevail upon her to the Contrary but the insisted upon going
And this Deponent further Saith that he was desired to make an
Affidavit to the above purpart Yesterday, and was ready and
Willing to do it, But the paid Mrs Domer afterwards insisted upon
going out and attending the Grand Jury which she according did Yesterday Morning between the Hours of eleven and
Twelve of the Clock And this Deponent further Saith that he is informed and verily believes
that there was a Bill found by the Grand Jury for the County of
Middlesex
this Morning And this Deponent Lastly Saith that [..] the
this Deponent about two Hours ago left the Said Mrs Dormer [..]
[..] extreamly ill in her Bed, And that her Life will was be in
