Tho Information Wm. Knight< no role > of John's
Street St. Mary le Bone Garden, and
Mary< no role > his Wife Francis Baugh< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > the Wife
of Francis Baugh< no role > of the Same Carpenter, taken before
me this 20th day of May , 1749.

Wm. Knight< no role > being upon Oath says that in the Night
between the 18th. and 19th. of April last his Stall was broke open
in John's Street St. Mary le Bone and a Kit of Salmon and a
Glass Cover, were feloniously taken and Carryed away, And this
Informt. says that a Glass Cover [..] now produced and Shewed
to him he says is his property and the same which was taken in the manner
aforesaid.

Mary Knight< no role > being upon Oath says that going into the
Stall of Mr. Francis Baugh< no role > this afternoon she saw aCoverGlass
Cover of a Kit of Salmon [..] in the said Stall Upon which this Informt.
asked Elizabeth Baugh how she came by it, to which she replyed a Man
brought it for her Husband to buy, and as her husband was in Bed
she the said Eliz: Baugh desired the said Man to call again for his,
Money, Upon which this Informt. told the said Eliz: Baugh that
it was her husband's property and [..] was feloniously taken out of
his Stall, Says that thereupon she desired the said Eliz: Baugh< no role > to
better know when the Man came again so that he might be apprehended
and taken, which the said Eliz: Baugh promised to do, says that when
the Man came again, the said Eliz: Baugh< no role > sent for this Informant
to her house and upon her coming there, she this Informt. asked the said
Man (whose Name she is Since Informed is William Gray< no role > ) how he came
by it, upon which he immediatly Run away, but was soon apprehended
and taken.

Elizabeth< no role > the wife of Francis Baugh< no role > of St. Mary le Bone
Carpenter being upon Oath says that a Person now present
who calls himself Wm. Gray came to her House and offered to
Sale a Glass Cover, which Wm. Knight Swears to be property
