First of all Thomas Smith< no role > maketh
Oath that he has a strong Suspicion thus
one Mary Peel< no role > did Feloniously steal &
take in his house a guilt two Curtains a
green Banyan two Small Silver spoons
a looking glass several other things of
the value of eleven shillings because
she confess'd the stealing of said things
& returned him the said spoons

Secondly Ratcliffe Fellon maketh

Pawn'd to this Informt: two looking
glasses one green Banyan two Curtains
a quill pr: of Stockings & one rustle
wth things the said Thomas Smith< no role >
says were Feloniously stolen from him
