before me this 27th. May 1749.

Who being upon oath says that last Night there was
felonincly taken and Carryed away out of his Shop one
Wigg The property of this Informt. And this Informt. says
that he saw it about two of the Clock last Night and
found it Missing this Morning, Says that about eight
of the Clock last Night he delivered the Key of his [..]
a person new present who calls himself Charles Francis< no role >
at which time to verily beleives he Stole the said Wigg.
