of St. Mary le Bone , taken before me this
13th. June 1749.

Who being upon Oath Says that on Saturday last was 3 Weeks
as he was Digging a Grave in St. Mary le Bone Church Yard his Coat
was feloniously taken and Carryed away by a Person now
present who calls himself Thomas Smith< no role > upon his own Confession

Bone Labourer , taken before me this 13th day of
June 1749.

Who being upon Oath says that about a Month agoe there
was feloniously taken and Carryedoutaway out of Mary le Bone
Gardens a Waistcoat the property of this Informt. by a person
now present who calls himself Thos. Smith< no role > upon his own Confession
