The Information of Edward Wren< no role > of
the Coal Yard Callendar Benjn.
Cooper
< no role > of Holborn Gold Smith and
James Malone< no role > of the Same Chaser,
taken before me this 31st. May 1749.

Edward Wren being upon Oath says that there were feloniously
taken and Carryed away a Parcell of Lead Affixed to the Free hold
his properly, And Shewed to him he Swears to be part of
the Same which was taken in the manner aforesaid.

Benjamin Cooper< no role > being upon Oath Says that he saw two
Men now Present who all themselves Benjamin Appleby< no role >
and Richard Dally< no role > the said Edwd. Dally< no role > and the other [..] appear to him Cutting [..] the house of Mr. Edwd.
went to Mr. Wren and acquaintedthehim with it.

James Malone< no role > being upon Oath says that he likewise saw
the said Benjamin Appleby< no role > and Richard Dally< no role > the sd. Edwd Dally< no role > Cutting Lead
Affixed to like Freehold the property of Edward Wren< no role > as it
appeared to him.

Edward Wren the Younger being upon Oath says that he
went up to the Top of his Father's housewhere Benjamin
app [..]
and there found several peices of Lead
Cutt from the Treehold and Carryed away Says thattwo Men
[..] suspecting two Men now present who all themselves
Benjn: Appleby < no role > and Richd. Dally with having feloniously
taken the Same [..] he went to them where they were
at Work adjoining to his Father's house, and Charged them with
taking the aforesaid Lead but they absolutely Denyed it, Says
that thereupon he [..] Searched about and found two Peices
of Lead upon his Father's house near to the place from where one
of them was Cutt off, and likewise found two other Peices,
one concerted under the Hand belonging to the said two Men,
and the other peice Lying very near Edward Wren< no role >
