London have exhibited their Appeal unto this Court
Setting forth that by an Order dated the First day of January instant under

was passed form the parish of Saint
Giles in the Fields
in the said County to the Said parish of St. Peter le poor
London as the place of her last legall Setlement And that the Said
Appellants conceive themselves aggrieved by the said Order & Appeal to
this Court against the same Whereupon at the request, of the Sd. Appellants
It is Ordered by this Court that the benefit of the said Appeal be saved unto
themand that the hearing and determining thereof be and the same is
hereby adjourned until the next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to
be holden for the said County of Middlesex
And that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said parish of Saint Giles in the Fields
(upon notice of this Order) and all persons concerned do attend the Court
of the said next General Quarter Sessions of the peace to be holden for the
said County of Middlesex
by Adjornment on Wednesday the Twenty
fourth day of April next at Ten of the Clock in the forenoon to hear
and abide the Judgment and Determination of the same Court
touching the Said Appeal
