all which said Severall Pmiensions being taken to the Middle or Channell of
the said Street, which by reason of the Decay thereof, & want of Good Order
therein, is almost impossible for passengers to pays through the said
Street And Wee the said Justices haveing been Credibly Informed
that divers persons have fallen therein to their Great damage by
the Fifth thereof are therefore of Oppinion & do Oldjudge that the said
Street Ought to be paved with Stone and amended with gravel to prevent the Jeo Consequence that
may Otherwise attend it Dated undr: out hands this 28th: day of May
and in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred & thirty Four
