of St Martin in the Feilds by & with the Consent of two
of his Majties Justices of the peace for the County of Middx
& City & Libty of Westmr as a poor Child of the sd
parish to the sd. Jonathan Pinchbeckof the same
parish Tountil the sd. Hannah Cooper< no role > Shoud
accomplish her full age of 21 Yeares or Mary according
to the Statute in that Case made & provided to Leom the
ar or mistery of Fanmakeing and that teh Hannah
Cooper< no role > sd. make had Sincewas abt 17 yeares old & that
ever since she had been bound to her sd master did
Misuse & evil in heat her by Beating abuseing and
immoderately Correcting her praying that this Court
would discharge her from the sd. apperentice hood It
was thereupon ordered that the Sd. Jonathan Pinchbeck< no role >
Should attend this Court this day at Ten of the Clock
in the forenoonto show cause why the sd apprentiein order
to the Hearing & determining the matter of the Complaint
above mentioned and to abide such order as shoud the
made in the prmes and the sd Jonathan Pinbech being
duely served with a Copy of the sd Peticon & order attended
this Court accordingly and upon a full hearing of the sd.
matter Between the Sd Master & his Sd apprentice It
appeared to this Court that the Sd Master had given the
Sd apprentice Immoderate & unreasonable Correction
