1734 before Thomas Lane< no role > John Martin< no role > Saml. Talem< no role >
Henry Dodson< no role > Esqrs . & others.

This Court being satisfyed that there hath not been
any Court Leet holden for a considerable time past nor
likely to be holden in any reasonablefor a Considerabletime for the Manner
within which the parish of Kensington in this County doth
lye, Doth, in Order to discharge Henry Burton< no role > Petty Constable
of the Said parish form his Said office (he haveing executed
the Same for the Space of one year or there abouts And
praying to be discharged there from) appoint Thomas Dicey< no role >
of the Same parish to be petty Constable of the Said
parish in the room & place of the Said Henry Burton< no role >
And this Court doth Order that the Said Thomas Dicey< no role >
do immediately (after notice of this Order) attend one
of his Maties Justices of the peace for this County dwelling
in or meane the Said parish or Division where the Said
parish dothly, and before Such Justices of the peace
take his Oath for his due execution of the Office of Petty
Constable of the Said parish, and from & after the time
of his having taken such Oath the Said Henry Burton< no role >
in to Stand discharged from his Said Office of Petty
Constable
