By adjornment on Saturday 27th. day of
April 1734

Upon motion made unto this Court by Mr. Theed of
Councell for one John Erwin< no role > It was alledged that
the said John Erwin< no role > together with Sureties did some time since become
bound by Recognizance taken before William
Booth
< no role > Esqr. one of his Maties Justices of the peace for
this County for the personal appearance of the said
John Erwin< no role > at this present Sessions to answer the
complaint of one Morrice for receiving
stollen goods knowing the same to be stollen,
And that the said Justice of the peace hath not
yet delivered the said Recognizance into this Court,
It was prayed by the said Mr. Theed And this Court
doth accordingly Order that the said Mr. Booth doe
forthwithleave the saiddeliver the Said
Recognizance to the Clerke of the peace of this
County or his Deputy,
