To the Churchwarden & Overseers of the poor of the Hamlet
of Bethnal Green in the County of Middx and to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish
of St. Andrew Undershaft in the City of London

Whereas Complaint hath been made unto in Two of
his Maties Justices of the peace for the sd: County (one whereof
&of the Quorum) by the Churchwarden & Overseers of
the poor of the Hamlet of Bethnal Green aforsd. That
Thomas Quissenbrough< no role > , Martha< no role > by Wife & their Two
Children (that is to say) Elizabeth< no role > aged Eight Years &
Thomas< no role > aged Six Years the Lawfull Issue of the said
Thomas Quissen brough & Martha his said Wife are
lately come into the said Hamlet, Endeavouring to settle
there Contrary to Law And that they are likely to be
Chargeable to the said Hamlet Wee the sd. Justices
upon Examinacon of the premises upon Oath Do
adjudge the Same to be true And that the Last place
of the Legall Settlement of the Sd: Thos: Quissenbrough
Martha his wife & their Said two Children is in ye
parish of St: Andrew undershaft in the City of London

These are therefore in his Maties name to require
you & every of You upon Sight hereof to remove and
Conveythe said Thomas Quissenbrough< no role > Martha his
Wife & their Said two Children from & out of the sd.
Hamlet of Bethnal Green to the Sd; Parish of Saint
andrew Undershaft & deliver them to the Churchwarden
& Overseers of the poor of there or to one of them
who are hereby required to receive & provide for them
according to Law Given under our hands & Seals
this 8th: day of February 1733.
