At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King holden for the County of Middx by adjornmt. on
Tuesday the twenty third day of Aprilinstantin the Seventh
year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Second King of Great Britain Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers
of the poor of the parish of St. Clement Danes in this County
have notice of this Petition & appeale and that they and all
other parties concerned do attend this Court on Friday next
at ten of the clock in the forenoon to hear & abide the
Judgment & determination of this Court touching the said
Appeale
