To the Right Worshipfull his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex in their
General Quarter Sessions of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Peticon and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Andrew
Undershaft London

Sheweth


That by an Order or pass Warrant under the hands and Seals
of two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace of the said County
One being of the Quorum) bearing date the Eighth day of
February last Thomas Quissenbrough< no role > , Martha< no role > his Wife and
their two Children(that is to say) Elizabeth< no role > Aged Eight Years and
Thomas< no role > Aged Six Years the lawfull Issue of the Sd. Thomas
Quissen brough and martha his Wife are removed from the
Hamlett of Bethnal Green in the said County to the sd: parish of
St. Andrew Undershaft as the place of their last legal settlement

Your Petitioners Therefore Conceiving
themselves Aggreived by the Judgment
of the said two Justices Do Humbly Appeal
to this Court for such releife in the premisses
As to Your Worships shall seeme meet

And Your Petitioners shall ever pray
