The Humble peticon and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the parish of St John at Hackney in the
County of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by a warrant or order under the hands and Seals of
George G Bowne< no role > and Richard Darly< no role > Esqr. two of his majesties Justices
of the peace for the Said County of Middlesex one being of the
Quorum) bearing Date the Eighteenth day of march in the Year
of our Lord 1733 Whereby Elizabeth Baber< no role > was removed from
the parish of Enfield in the said County to the said parish of St. John
at Hackney in the same County as the place of her last
legal Settlement.

By which Said Order or Judgment of the
Said two Justices a our Peticonerd conceive
themselves Agrieved and humbly Appeal
to this Court against the same Praying such
relief in the Premisses as to this Court
shall seem meet

and yor peticon will every pray
