To the Worshipfull His Majestys Justices of the Peace of
and for the County of Middx in their Quarter Sessions Att Hick's Hall
assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens & Overseers of
the Poor of the Parish of St. George Hanover Square in the said County

Sheweth


That by Vertue of a Warrant or Order under the
Hands & Seales of John Ellis< no role > & Miles Hayer< no role > Esquires two of His Majesty's
Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middx bearing date the
Second day of September 1730 Henry Reeves< no role > aged about forty Eight
Years together with Elizabeth< no role > his Wife aged about twenty Seven Years
and William Reeves< no role > their Son aged about five Years were Removed &
Convey'd from & out of the Parish of St. James Westmr. in ye said County
of Middx to the Parish of St George Hanover Square in ye said County
as the Place of their last legall Settlement Whereby the said Parish
of St George Hanover Square think themselves Agrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly Prays
this Court will Appoint a day [..] ye
said Appeal And that all Persons Concerned
may Attend at the Same time

And Your Petitioners Shall Ever Pray Etc
