Upon reading the humble peticon of the Churchwardns.
and overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Mary
White Chappel in the County exhibited unto this
Court settingforth that [..] whereas at a General Quarter
sessions of the peace held for the County aforesaid
on Thursday the fifteenth day of October last past in
order to tempronize matters in dispute between
several of the Inhabitants of the said parish who
were Appellants against a Rate made for the
releif of the poor of the said parish It was referred
by the sd Court unto Samuel Jones< no role > Nicholas Jeffreys< no role >

Garrett< no role > & John Martin< no role > Esqrs . seven of his maties Justices
of the peace for this County or any five of them to
meet together and inspect the Books & Rates of the sd

Report desired a longer time for Rearing & determining
the sd. affaire untill the next General Quarter Session
of the peace to be held for this County, the said
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish
aforesaid humbly pray that as they have been already
out and expended five hundred & fifty pounds &
