To the Rt. Worshipfull his Majesties Justies of the Peace for the County of
Middx in their General Quarter Sessions at Hicks Hall Assembled.

The Humble Petition of and appeal of the Churchwdns.
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Ann
Westminister in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant under the Hands
and Seals of John Mercer< no role > and Gifford Esqrs Two of his
Majesties Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlx
(Quor unus) bearing date the 25th. Day of July last James Stephen< no role >
aged about Thirty One Years was removed from the Parish of Saint
Giles in the Feilds in the County of Middlesx to the said Parish
of Saint Ann Westminister whereby Your Petitioner conceive
themselves to be Aggreived.

Therefore they humbly appeal
to your Worships against the Adjudgemt.
of the Saidd. Two Justices and Pray your
Worships will be pleased to Order that the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of Saint Giles in the
Feilds and all Persons Concerned do attend
thid Court some day in this present
Sessions to hear and abide the Judgement
and Determinacon of this Court touching
the said Appeals

And your Petioners shall pray Etc.
