To the Rt Worpfull his Maties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Midd in Quarter Sessions assembled

The humble Peticon & Appeal of the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Ganesbrough in
the County of Lincoln.

Sheweth


That by Warrt or Order under the hands & Seals of William
Gore
< no role > & Robt Stiles< no role > Esqrs two of his Maties Justices of the Peace
for the said County of Midd (Quor unus) bearing date the
twentieth day of July last Past Ann Green< no role > (who is menconed in
the said Warrt or Order to be aged about 63 years and to be
the Widow of Robt Green< no role > deced ) was removed & conveyed from
the Parish of St Martin in the Fields in the said County of Middx
to the sd. Parish of Ganesbrough as the last legal place of an
Settlemt of the said Ann Green< no role >

Yor. Petrs conceiving themselves aggrieved by the said Warrt.
or Order of the said two Justices humbly appeal to this
Court against the same and pray the Court would adjorn
the hearing of this their Appeal untill the next General
or General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden for this County and
would appoint some day at the samesd nextSessions for
the Churchwardens & Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St Martin in the Fields aforesd. and all other Party's
concerned to attend to hear & abide the Judgmt &
determinacon of this Court touching the sd Appeal
