The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Christ Church in the County of
Middx

Sheweth

That by warrant or Order under the Hands & Seals of John Oakey< no role > and
Anthony Chamberlain< no role > Esqrs. Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
said County of Middx (Quor un) bearing date the 3d day of this Instant
October Susanna Claris< no role > (who is Menconed in the said Warrant or order
to be Aged about Twenty years & to be a Singlewoman ) was Removed
& Conveyed from the Hamlett of Bethnall Green in the said County of Middx
to the said Parish of Christ Church As the Last legal Place of Settlement
of the said Susanna Claris< no role >

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves Aggrieved by
the said warrant or order of the said Two Justices Humbly
appeal to this Court against the Same One Pray that this
Court would Appoint Some Day at this said Present Quarter
Sessions for the Churchwarden & Overseers of the Poor of the
said Hamlett of Bethnall Green & all other Parties Concerned to
Attend to Hear & abide the Judgment & Determinacon of this
Court touching the said Appeal
