The humble Peticon & appeall of the Church
Wardens & Overseers [..] the Parish
of Ashford in the County of Kent

Sheweth

That by an order under the hands & Seales of Henry Box< no role > & Timothy
Laney< no role > Esqrs , two of his Maties. Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middx Thomas Benjamin< no role > Labourer Martha < no role > his wife & their
three children (Vizt) Jacob < no role > aged tenn yeares & upwards Thomas < no role >
aged about nine years & Christian < no role > aged about two yeares
were on the fourth day of february last part removed from the
parish of Chiswick in the said County of Middx to the said
parish of Ashford in the County of Kent as the place of
their last legall Settlement

Yor. Petrs. thinking themselves aggrieved by the order
of the said Justices humbly appeald there from & pray
that this Court will be pleased to order the Church-
-wardens & Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of Chiswick & all other parties concerned to allend
this Court Some day this Sessions to hear & abide
the Judgmt. & determinacon of this Court touching
this appeale
