To the Churchwarden and Overseers of the
Poore of the Hamlett of Lime house in the
Pish of Stepney in the said County and to
all Others whom These may Concerne

Where as Complaint Hath been made unto Us whose
Hands and Seales are here unto Sett Two of his Mats Justices
of the peace for the Said County (Quor Un) by You the
said Church warden and Overseers of the poor of the
said Hamlett that James Oliviro< no role > Son of Emanuell
George Oliviro
< no role > Deced Aged about Nine years was
lately Left in the said Hamlett Contrary to Law and
whereas itt Appeareth unto Us the Said Justices and Wee
Doe Adjudge that the said James Oliviro is actually
Become Chargeable to the said Hamlett and itt alsoe
Appeareth unto us Upon Oath that the said Emanuell
George Oliviro the Father was a Foreigner and
that no Legall Settlement of his Can be found and
that the Said James Oliviro his Son was Born in the
Parish of St. Brides in the City of London which
place Wee Deeme and Adjudge to be his Legall
Settlement.

Sight here of to Remove and Convey the said James
Oliviro

Poore or Some or One of them who are hereby Required
him to Receive and provide for according to Law
and here of Faile not att Your Perrills Given under
