of the peace for the County of Middx

The humble peticon and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Peters
EastCheap in the City of London

Sheweth


That by an order Dated the Sixth day of February last
under the hands and Seales of Thomas Rand< no role > and John Fuller< no role >
Esqrs two of his Majtys Justices of the peace for this County
(quor Unns) one Susanna Creese< no role > was lately removed from
the parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the said County
to the said parish of St. PeterEastCheap as the place of her
last Settemt.

That your Peticoners finding themselves aggreived by
the said Order or Judgmt. of the said two JusticesandAppeal to
this Court agt. the same

Your peticoners there fore humbly pray this
Court will be pleased to appoint a day
this present Sessions for the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish
of St. Giles without Cripplegate and all other
psons concerned to Attend this Court to hear
and abide the Judgmt. and determinacon of
this Court upon and touching the said
Appeal and that yor. Peticoners may be
releived here in according to Law Etc

And your peticoners Shall pray Etc
