Where as Complaint hath been made unto us
Two of His Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middx (Qour. Anns) by the Church
Wardens and Overseers. of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Sepulchers in the said County that Robert
Moore
< no role > Katherine < no role > his Wife with their three
Children (the Oldest named John < no role > ages abt. five
years the second named Elizabeth < no role > aged about
Three Years the youngest named Anne < no role > Aged
about Six Months) are lately come into the said
Parish and endeavouring to settle there contrary to Law
[..] appear [..] unto us She said Justices th [..]
Parish and Where as upon Examination of [..]
said Robert Moore taken upon Oath if further
appeareth unto us and we doe adjudge that the
Parish of St: annes in Westminster in the said
County of Middx: is the Place of the last Legall
Settlement of the said Robert Moore and doe
there fore in His Majesties Name charge and Command
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of St. Sepulchers forth with to
Remove and Convey the said Robert Moore Katherine
his Wife with their Three younge Children from the
said Parish of St: Sepulchers to the said Parish
of St. Annes Westminster and deliver them to
the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
there or to some or one of them who are here by
required to receive them into their Care and to
provide for them according to Law Given under
our hands and Seales this 17th. daydayof
January ann Doin 1716

To the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the Respect Parishes of St. Sepulchers and
St. Annes Westminster in the County of Middx:
