That by an Order dated the 26th. day of
Aprill 1711 . under the hands & Seals of Sr: Thomas

Justices of ye peace for ye. sd. County (Quor unus) Joan
Mould< no role > widw . of Henry Would< no role > was removed from ye.
parish of Hillingdon in the Sd. County to ye. sd. parish of
Hanwell as the place of hee last legall Settlement.

That Yor. Peticonrs. Conceivmt themselves to
be agrrived by the Judgmt. of the sd. two Justices
Due humbly Appral to yor. Worpps. therefrom.

Yor: Peticonrs. therefore humbly prayyor.
Worpps will be pleased to Order that the Church:
wardens & Overseers of ye. poore of the said
parish of Hillingdon same day in this Sessions to
hear & abide the Judgmt & determinacon
three of touching this Appeal.
