Whereas it Appeareth unto Vs whose Hands and
Seales an hereunto Sett Two of her Majesties Justices of the
peace for this County (Quorn vum) upon the Complaint of
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Acton within this Said County of Middx. That one Sarah
Bannister
< no role > a Young Child is lately Brought
into the Said Parish to be Settled then and is become
A Charge to the Said Parish of Acton And Whereas
it Appeareth unto us the said Justices upon the Oath of
Mary< no role > the Wife of George philips< no role > now of Horn [..]
in this County Labourer That about Five Years [..]
One Sarah Bannister< no role > the Daughter of Paul Banister< no role > [..]
Susannah< no role > his Wife was Borne in the Parish of Hanwell [..]
in this Said County of Middx the being then at the Labour [..]
and afterwards at the Baptiseing of the Same and is the [..]
Wee do therefore Adjudge the Said Sarah Banister to
belong to the Said Parish of Hanwell,

These are Therefore in her Majesties Name Shaitly to Charge and
Comen and Ten and every of You That You Some or one of You doe Forthwith
upon Sight hereof Remove and Convey the Said Sarah Banister from the
Said Parish of Acton the next and Dinerlest Way to the Said Parish
of Hanwell and Deliver her with A True Copy hereof unto the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor thene who are hereby
Reg midd to provide for her according to Law Hewof fail not at Y [..]

of June in the Tenth Years of the Reigne of our Soveroigne
