WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us, whose Hands and
Seals are hereunto Set, Two of Her Majesties Justices of the
Peace of theCounty of Middx
(Quorum unus) by the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
pishofSt. Mary White Chappell in the said County, that
Elizabeth< no role > the Wife of William Nutthall< no role > is
lately come into Saidpishendeavouring to Settle
herselfethere, without giving Notice in Writing to the Said
Church-Wardens, or Overseers of the Poor, or any one of them of the House
ofherabode in the Saidpishaccording to
the Statute in that Case made and provided: And that it also appears unto
us by the Complaint of the Said Church- Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the SaidpishofWhite ChappellthatShe is
likely to become chargeable to the SaidpishAnd whereas it ap-
peareth unto Us the said Justices, upon the Oath of [..] Edward

thatWm Nutthall< no role > was last legally Settled in thepishofSt. Martins
in the Said in the Feilds in the Liberty of Westminster where
he Rented a house of twelve Pounds & Ann in Vinegr Yard
in the Said pish & Never gained any other Settlement Since &
we doe adjudge him Settled there

These are therefore in Her Majesties Name Straitly to Charge and Com-
mand you, and every of you, forthwith, upon fight hereof, to remove and
convey the SaidElizabeth the Wife of William Nutthall
from the Said Pish of St Mary White Chappell to the pish
of St Martins in the Feilds in the Liberty of Westminsters
and deliverherunto the Church- Wardens, and Overseers of the
Poor there, who are hereby required t provide forher
according to Law Hereof fail not at your Perils, Given under our Hands
and Seals, the21thday ofAprill Anno [..]

To the Church- Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the pish of St. Mary White Chappellin the
Said County, and to all Constables, Headbo-
roughs, and other Officers and Ministers, whom
these may concern, and also to the Church-
Wardens, and Overseers of the Poor ofthe
pish of St. Martins in the Feilds in
the Liberty of Westminster
