Upon Information given unto this Court by
William Dobyns< no role >
Esquire
one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for this County
Inhabiting within Edgeware Division in the Hundred of Gore in
the said County that
Christopher Slackhouse< no role >
Gentleman
late
High-Constable
within the Hundred aforesaid hath Disbursed
and paid the Sume of Six Pounds and Eleven shillings to
several Petty Constables within the said Division for the
Passing of Vagrants, and that the Certificates given them
for the same have been perosed and inspected by his Majst.
Justices of the Peace for this County Inhabiting within the
said Division at their Petty sessions holden within the
same Division, Pursuant to the Direction of an Order
made at the General Sessions of the Peace holden for
the said County by adjornment on the Twenty eighth day of
February in the Tenth year of the Reign of her late Majesty
Queen Ann, And that the Sumes mentioned in such
Certificates are just and reasonable and such as ought
to be allowed, and were accordingly allowed by the said
Justices of the Peace at their said Petty Sessions, and
amount in the whole to the said Sume of six pounds and
Eleven shilligs so paid by the said

as aforesaid, And that the said Sume is yet due & unpaid
to the said Christopher Stackhouse who desired that this
Court would be pleased to Order him the payment thereof,
This Court being satisfyed of the truth of the Premisses,
