That this the Opinion of this Committee that besides
what is contained in the Advertisement ordered to be
printed the following things may be necessary to be Recomended
to the Justices to be Observed in their Petty Sessions That
the Justices in every Parish do once within the Year (at
least) take a View of all the Wards, Districts or Divisions
in the said Parish and Punish all Persons offending in
the Premisses;

That So soon as the Justices have Passed, the Annual
Account of any Scavenger that then the Second day of
the first Sessions after such Justices do deliver to the
Chairman an Extract of such Account So Passed,
The One Side to contain the Gross Summ Collected on
the Scavengers Rate, the other Side the Application
of that Money, the Persons names to whom paid, and
for what Service;

That when the Justices do receive Informations
upon Oath that Swine are kept contrary to Law, That
then Warrants be made out and given into the
hands of the Church wardens, Overseers of the Poor,
or Constables to Search for any Such Swine that may
be so kept fed or bred within any part of the houses
or beck sides of the Paved Streets in Such Parishes
where the houses are contiquous, and such Swine so
found to take drive away and Sell, and the Money
arising to be applyed as the Statute directs,

That Justices of every Division do the Second
day in every Quarter Sessions make a Report in
writing to the Chairman of the State and Condition
of the Streets and Pavements in each Parish, and
Division, and what Convictions have been at
their Petty Sessions on the Statutes relating to
the Paveing and Cleansing of the Streets.
