ball of this acct. to Mr.
Robt. Hardisty< no role >

Upon inspecting the Accompt of John Mills< no role > Gentleman
Treasurer of the moneys raised and collected within
the Hundreds of Ossulston Edmonton and Gore in this
County for the passing of Vagrants, Stated and allowed
under the hands of Whitelock Bulstrode< no role > Reginald Marris< no role >
Daniel Dolins< no role > John Venner< no role > and Gavin Vaughan< no role > Esquires
five of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County
(to whom amongst others, it was referred by Order of
Court to state and adjust the said Treasurers accompt
touching the Moneys by him received and paid for the
passing of Vagrants ) whereby it appears that the Sume
of Forty one pounds seven shillings and Nine pence
three farthings is due from the said John Mills< no role > upon
the ballance of his said Accompt, It is ordered by this
Court that the said John Mills< no role > do forthwith pay the said
Sume of Forty one pounds seven shillings and Nine
pence three farthings into Robert Hardisty< no role > Gentleman
Deputy Clerk of the peace of this County to be Subject
to such Order as shall be made at the Generall or
Quarter sessions of the peace for this County touching
the disposeall thereof, And that the Receipt of the
said Robert Hardisty< no role > together with this Order shall
be a Sufficient discharge to the said John Mills< no role > for
such payment.

It is ordered by this Court that Robert Hardisty< no role > Gent
Deputy Clerke of the peace of this County Doe out of the
publique moneys by him reced for the use of the said
County pay unto Ann Vauhagan< no role > Widdow Execr. of the
last will & testamt. of Henry Vauhagan< no role > Joyner her late
husband deced the sume of eight shillings & and ten pence
in full of his bill for repaires by him done at Hickshall
in St. John Street in this County, And that the receipt
of the said Ann Vauhagan< no role > together with this order
shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Mr. Hardisty
for such paymt.
