Prostituted the honour of the Comission in Offering to Ease the said
Bonfield in a prosecution of Felony then depending before himself, to
induce the said Bonfield to become Bayl for himself in a Private Action,
And whither the said Sr. William Moore< no role > , the premises considered is a person
fit to be continued in the Comission of the Peace

by adjorn Veneris 3o. die Marcy 1720

Order for adjorning
the consideracon of
the electing of Officers
by way of ballotting,

Upon mocon made by William Wickham< no role > Esqr one of his
Maties. Justices of the Peace for this County alledgeing
that the electon of Offi (Vizt.) such who have
Offices of Profit in the disposeall of the Justices of
the Peace of this County, by way of ballotting only,
would very much conduce to have fit & proper
persons chosen into such Offices to doe & perform
the busyness thereunto belonging, And praying
that this Court will be pleased to Order the
same accordingly, This Court doth not think
fit to proceed to the determinacon of the said
matter at this present Sessions, But doth Order
that the consideracon thereof be and the same
is hereby adjourned untill Thursday in the
next Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace to
be holden for this County,
