Representation before his Majestys Justices of the Peace for this [..]
on the County day of their next Session for their approbation
further proceeding therein

A Motion was also made that it appear
to the Court by the above Report that William Hyde< no role > Esquire
of his Majestys Justices of the peace for the City Borough and [..]
of Westminster hath within a very short space of time want [..]
and in some instances unjustifiably given orders upon the Treas [..]
of this County for the payment of several Sums of Money to a set
persons who have made the apprehending of Vagrants a [..]
whereby a Sum of money to a large amount hath been pa [..]
of the Publick stock of this County to the evident prejudice [..]
impoverishment of the Inhabitants of the County Contributed
to the said Stock and hath otherwise misbehaved himself in his
office of Justice of the peace a proper Representation of the misconduct
aforesaid of the said William Hyde< no role > be made to the Right Hor [..]
Edward Lord< no role > Thurlow Chancellor of England in order that h [..]
Lordship may either supercede the appointment of the said Will [..]
Hyde
< no role > as a Justice of the Peace for the City Borough and Town of
Westminster or otherwise prevent his executing the office of Justice
the peace as to his Lordship shall sam meet which Motion upon
Question was carried in the affirmative Whereupon it was Resolv [..]
that it should be and it was referred to Sir John Hawkins< no role > Kng [..]
Chairman of the Sessions to form such Representation and Sir John
was requested to lay the said Representation before his Majestys
Justices of the Peace for this County on the County day of their [..]
Session for their approbation and further proceeding therein

holden for this County, intended as a standing order for the Regulate
of Part of the business of the Court being now laid before this Court
according to the Rule and order in such Case for further Consider [..]
