assemblies or other breach of the peace within his Division was
delivered do make a particular return in Writing of his proceedings
under the said Order on the County day of the next Session and that
he do deliver the same to the deputy Clerk of the peace on the morning
of that day

The like order made upon Thomas Hurford< no role > Gentlemn
High Constable of that Division of the Hundred of Ossulston called
Finsbury Division

The like on George Elliott< no role > Gentleman High Constable of
that Division of the Hundred of ossulston called the Tower Division

By adjournment same day

It was Moved that the Sum of Two thousand
Pounds be raised upon this County by a General Rate and after some
debate thereon the previous Question was moved Vizt. that the above
Question be not now put and the previous Question being put accordingly it
passed in the Negative whereupon the principal Question being view also
put it passed in the Affirmative and a County Rate for Two Thousand
Pounds was ordered accordingly

It is Ordered by this Court that it be and it is
hereby recommended and referred to Sri John Hawkins< no role > Knight The
Reverend Sir George Booth< no role > Baronet William Mainwaring< no role > Thomas
Brooksbank
< no role > David Walker< no role > and John Walford< no role > Esquires and such other of
His Majestys Justices of the peace for this County as will be please to attend
or buy two of them as a Committee to meet together Hicks Hall
aforesaid on friday the 26th day of March next at Ten of the Clock in the
forenoon or some other Convenient time and place to inspect and audit
the account of Mr John Benson< no role > touching the money by him received
as Treasurer of this County and of his disbursements out of the same
and also to inspect his accounts of what Sum and Sums of money he
hath received and of whom for the Rents of the Estate of this County
and how the same or any part thereof hath been applied and disposed
of and to report a State of the said respective Accounts to the Court
at the next General Quarter Session of the peace for the said County
on the County day of the next Session
