upon the several Rates made for raising monies for any of the purposes
aforesaid from any and what parishes or places within his districk
and of the true Christian names and Surnames of the petty Constable
or parish officers who have made default in not paying the said
Arrears and hereof the said Richard Hewit< no role > is not to fail as he will
answer the Contrary at his peril
