"in respect to his Claims on this County for fees on the discharge of such persons
"from his Custody as fall within the description of an act of Parliament of the
"fourteenth Year of the Reign of his present Majesty entitled An Act for the
"relief of Prisoners charged with felony or other Crimes who shall be acquitted or

"Bench to compel the Treasurer to comply with his present demands if
"the Justices would order the Treasurer to pay him half the amount of his
"demand under the said Act to the present time and would allow hin Six
"Shillings and Eight Pence for each person acquitted and discharged by
"Proclamation or otherwise under the said Act which proposal the Justices
"now here present thinking fair and reasonable it is Resolved that
"this Court do approve of the proposal of Mr Akerman and agree with
"him upon the said Terms"

Seventeenth day of September the Twenty Second day of October and the
Fourteenth day of January last were now Called for and read
