It is ordered that it be and It is hereby referred to a Committee
to take the merits of the said Petition into consideration and report
their opinion whether any and what compensation shall be made to
the said Edward Hall< no role > for the Services therein mentioned and It is
further Ordered that Sir John Hawkins< no role > Knight the Reverend
Sir George Booth< no role > Baronet John Walford< no role > William Mainwaring< no role >
Saunders Welch< no role > John Spencer< no role > Colepeper Charles Sheppard< no role > and
George Alcock< no role > Esquires or any three of them be such Committee

By adjournment same day

Moved that it be a standing Order of this Court that no Appe [..]
against any order of removal of Paupers shall be heard unless Notice of
such hearingappeal shall have been given by the Churchwardens or Overseer
of the parish appealing to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Parish from which the removal shall be on or before the Wednesday
preceeding the Sessions
And the same being agreed to It is ordered that the same do
pursuant to the usual order stand for confirmation on the County [..]
of the next Session.
