sell the present Session house for the said County and for enabling
them to build another Sessions house in a more convenient Situation
and to repair and keep the same in Repair and that the said
Justices are to be allowed the Sum of Eleven thousand pounds
(to be borrowed upon the Credit of the Surplusses of a certain fund
commonly called the Orphans fund) towards the Expence of a
building the said Sessions house

That it appears by the said intended Bill t [..]
such persons as for the time being shall be in the Commission of [..]
peace for the said County of Middlesex are to be Constituted
Commissioners for building a new Sessions house for the said County
and are to be authorised to cause the present Sessions house w [..]
the Offices and other buildings thereunto belonging (situate in S [..]
John Street in the parish of Saint Sepulcher aforesaid) to be [..]
down and to Use and Employ such part of the Materials as shall be
fit and proper in building the New Sessions house or to Sell and d [..]
of the same And that when the said present Sessions house with [..]
Offices and other buildings shall be taken down and the material
removed the Seite of the said Sessions house Offices and
buildings are from thenceforth to be deemed a part of the High [..]
in the Street in which the same is situate and be used and
considered as such to all intents and purposes whatsoever

That the Memorialists in pursuance of the
Act of Parliament under which they were appointed havea [..]
a very great Expense New paved the whole of the parish
Rerdined Charter House Lane and made New Sewers in S [..]
John Street and Cow Cross

That to enable Your Memorialists to [..]
on and compleat the said several Works they have borrowed
and raised by Sale of Annuitys and at Interest the Sum of
9000£ and upwards and to pay the same and keep the pa [..]
in Repair together with the Lighting Watching and Cleansing
the said Parish and other Annual and incidental expences
