Court one of which Copies appears to have been made for the late Thomas
Butler
< no role > Esquire Clerk of the peace for this County for his own private
Use It is the Opinion of Your Committee that one moiety
of the said Charge ought to have been paid by him in which W
Eyles as Executor of the last Will and Testament of the said Thomas
Butler
< no role > acquiesced and agreed to pay the same

Your Committee further Report

That the said Sum of Four hundred and Twenty
Pounds so recommended to be paid by his Majestys said Justices of
the peace to the said Mr. William Chetham< no role > in full Satisfaction of his
said Bill may be paid out of the Rents and profits of the Estates
belonging to them as Justices of the peace for the same County of
Middlesex

All Which Your Committee
Submit

It was the sence of the Court to agree with the said Committee as to
the Sum of £420 by them recommended to be paid to Mr. Chetham
and so far their said Report was by the Court Confirmed But that
the said Sum of £420 should include in it a Moiety of the above
mentioned charge of £12..16..0 it being £6..8..0 due from Mr. Eyles
And be made up and paid as mentioned and directed in and by
the next Subsequent Order

It is Ordered that Mr. John Benson< no role >
the County Treasurer do pay or cause to be paid unto Mr. William
Chetham
< no role > out of the Rents and profits of the Estates belonging to the
Justices as Justices of the peace for the said County of Middlesex
as the same shall from time to time come into his hands the
Sum of Four Hundred and Thirteen pounds Twelve Shillilngs
which together with Six pounds eight Shillings to be paid to him
the said William Chetham< no role > by Mr. Charles Eyles< no role > as Executor of the
late Thomas Butler< no role > Esquire makes the Sum of Four hundred and
Twenty Pounds mentioned in the report of the Committee to whom the
Consideration of his Bill was referred and which when paid will be in full
of his the said William Chethams demand and the receipt or receipts of
the said William Chetham< no role > together with this order shall be a sufficient
discharge to the said Treasurer for such payment
