WhereuponAnd also It was moved that Whereas Sundry Complaints have
been made to this Court charging Cornelius Martin< no role > Esqr one of his
Majestys Justices of the Peace for this County with Extortion Oppression
and other misdemeanours in the Execution of his said Office It is ordered
and Resolved that this Court do proceed to the examination of the
said Complaints at the hour of eleven in the forenoon on Thursday the
nineteenth day of February next being the County Day of the next Session
of the Peace to be holden in and for the said County at the Guildhall in
King Street Westminster and that the said Justice have eight days
Notice thereof.

The Report of the Committee appointed to Examine and
Enquire into any undue and illegal Practices of such Justices of
the peace for this County as have grossly misbehaved themselves in the
Execution of their Office which was made on the County day of the last
Sessions of the peace holden for this County and the order thereupon
made Vizt. that this Court should proceed to the Examination of the
said Complaints at the hour of Eleven in the forenoon on Thursday
the 19th. day of February then next being the County day of the then next
Session of the peace to be holden in and for the said County at the
Guildhall aforesaid and that he the said John Gretton< no role > should have
Eight days notice thereof being now read and it being proved to the Court
that the said John Gretton< no role > had such notice the Court proceeded to
the Examination Viva Voce and upon Oath of Sundry Witnesses
in proof of the facts stated in the said Report and particularly to the
hand
