to the Satisfaction of the Court It is Ordered that a Repres [..]
of the Misbehaviour of the said John Gretton< no role > and Cornelius Mo< no role > [..]
and of their abuse of their Authority in the Various instances ment [..]
in the said Report be made to the Lord High Chancellor of Great
Britain and that it be and it is hereby referred to Sir John Hawkins< no role >
the Chairman of the Sessions to draw up such Representation a [..]
he is requested to lay the same before his Majestys Justices of the
peace on Friday the 6th. day of March next

This Court being informed Sir John Hawkins< no role > the
Chairman of the Sessions to whom the drawing up the Representation
ordered by this Court to be made to the Lord High Chancellor of
Great Britain of the Misbehaviour of the said John Gretton< no role > and
Cornelius Martin< no role > and of their abuse of their Authority in the Various
Instances mentioned in the Report of the Committee appointed to
Examine and inquire into any undue and illegal practices of su [..]
Justices of the peace for this County as have grossly misbehaved
themselves in the Execution of their Office was referred was not
sufficiently prepared to lay the same before the Court on this day
